Each player starts with 2 disconnected cells on a 48-cell arena. Click one of your own cells, then click an adjacent cell to occupy it outright - no combat roll, no chance involved, unless a hidden mine is waiting.
Players alternate turns with a countdown timer each. One capture normally ends your turn - though abilities like Blitz can chain a bonus follow-up before the turn passes.
Six offensive and six defensive abilities let you trap, bomb, gamble, hack, shield, wall, cut and even copy your opponent's last move. Each has a limited number of uses per match - see below.
A roaming hazard periodically wipes a random owned cell, the map shifts under a random cell every 5 rounds, and the battlefield itself changes mood across 3 ages. Whoever holds the most territory after both players' 18th round wins.
Circle Wars is a skill-based entertainment game. Nothing on this site or in-game constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice, and no profit is promised or implied. Play for fun, not as a way to make money.
Participation is entirely at your own risk. Circle Wars and its operators are not liable for, and will not compensate, any loss of funds arising from bugs, downtime, network issues, wallet compromise, or hacking/exploit incidents affecting the game, its contracts, or the platform.
Circle Wars charges no entry fee, and matches are never wagered. To unlock matchmaking, each wallet locks a fixed amount of NMB - shown live in the Stake To Play panel - for a 7-day period. This is purely an access key: it pays no yield or interest, and nothing about it affects match outcomes or rewards. Your stake sits in the StakeVault smart contract itself, never in a platform-controlled wallet - only your own withdraw transaction, sent after the 7-day lock ends, can move it, and it always returns exactly what you deposited.
Contract address: Not yet deployed. The verified address will be published here once the contract goes live. Always double-check the address on this page before ever sending funds - never trust an address shared through chat, social media, or any other channel.
Reasonable care is taken in building this platform, but no software or smart contract is ever guaranteed free of vulnerabilities. By playing, you acknowledge smart contract risk, wallet risk, and hacking/exploit risk, and that recovery of any lost funds is never guaranteed.
This build is configured for Arc Mainnet. No stake token or StakeVault contract is live yet, so the stake requirement described above is not yet in effect - matches are entirely free to create and join, no wallet or funds involved. This page and the Smart Contract address above will be updated the moment staking actually goes live.
